Event Policy
Last Updated: June 7, 2025

Please read these Event Policies ("Policy", "Event Policy") carefully before using or booking a session on the revitalizedlacrosse.com website (the "Service") operated by Revitalized Lacrosse LLC ("Us", "We", or "Our").

This policy outlines important guidelines for the day of your scheduled session or event to ensure a safe, organized, and positive experience for all participants. By participating in our programs, you agree to adhere to these policies.

General Attendance & Session Format

All scheduled sessions, clinics, and camps are structured for for the timeframe specified in the event description. Participants are expected to arrive on time, prepared for their session. Any coach, staff, agents, or affiliates may cancel the session at their discretion if any participant is more than 15 minutes late to their session. Please refer to the Refund Policy for additional details.

Adult Supervision Requirement for Minors
While our coaches and staff are responsible adults dedicated to providing expert lacrosse instruction and maintaining a safe environment, all participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by and remain under the direct supervision of a legal guardian or a responsible adult, that is not a coach, staff or affiliate of Revitalized Lacrosse LLC, deemed by that legal guardian (e.g., parent or relative) for the entire duration of the session, clinic, or camp.

The adult must be present at the facility/field and readily accessible to the minor at all times. Revitalized Lacrosse LLC and its coaches are not responsible for supervising minors outside of the direct instructional activities, or for any period before, during, or after the scheduled session time when not actively engaged in instruction.

USA Lacrosse Membership Requirement & Liability
To ensure the safety of all participants and to align with industry best practices, all participants in Revitalized Lacrosse LLC programs are required to be currently enrolled members of US Lacrosse. This membership provides vital insurance coverage and resources that benefit both participants and sports organizations.

-
Proof of Membership: You may be required to provide proof of current US Lacrosse membership upon arrival at your session or event. Please ensure your membership is active and up-to-date until the end time of the session.
-
Waiver of Liability for Non-Members: IF A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A CURRENT, ENROLLED MEMBER OF US LACROSSE, THEY CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE AT THEIR OWN SOLE RISK. In such cases, the participant (and their legal guardian, if a minor) explicitly waives and releases Revitalized Lacrosse LLC, its coaches, staff, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant, or any property belonging to the participant, while participating in any Revitalized Lacrosse LLC program, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This clause serves as a clear notice of heightened risk and assumption of personal responsibility for those participating without the required US Lacrosse membership.
