General Refund Principles

At Revitalized Lacrosse LLC, we strive to provide high-quality lacrosse services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have established the following policy regarding refunds. All refunds are processed in USD.

Refund Eligibility for Sessions

Eligibility Window: Refunds for pre-paid lacrosse sessions (e.g., private lessons, group clinics, training sessions) are only acceptable if a cancellation request is received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled start time of the session.

Forfeiture of Payment: If a cancellation is made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled session, the payment for that specific session will be forfeited, and a refund will not be processed. This includes instances of no-shows or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice within the eligible cancellation window.

Non-Refundable Items/Services

Services outside the eligibility window: As stated above, sessions cancelled less than 48 hours prior to their start time are non-refundable.

Digital Products/Downloads: Any online sessions that are purchased are non-refundable.

Merchandise: Merchandise sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect. Returns for defective items must be initiated within 30 of receipt. This only applies if the merchandise was purchased directly through revitalizedlacrosse.com. Any merchandise purchased by a 3rd party will abide by the statements set in our Terms and Conditions regarding Links to other websites.

Third-Party Fees: Any fees charged by third-party payment processors or financial institutions are generally non-refundable by Revitalized Lacrosse LLC.

Completed Service: After a service is completed, this service will become non-refundable.

Payment Plan Forfeiture & Monthly Refund: For participants enrolled in payment plans for a specific amount of lessons or sessions, it is your responsibility to schedule those sessions. If no sessions are used within a given monthly payment cycle and payment has already been taken and a cancellation request is submitted, it is to our discretionary on whether a full, or partial, refund may be issued for that month's payment. To avoid any charges for cancelled payment plans, we strongly encourage you to cancel your payment plan before the start of a new monthly payment period if you do not intend to utilize its sessions. There are no refunds or credits for partially used sessions or for forfeited sessions beyond this specific monthly refund clause.

How to Request a Refund

To request a potential refund (if within the eligible 48-hour window for sessions), you must do so by contacting us directly via email:

Refund Processing

Once your cancellation or refund request is received and reviewed, and if it meets our eligibility criteria (i.e., submitted at least 48 hours before the session or service), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution's policies.

Please note that the time it takes for a refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.
