When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

revitalizedlacrosse.com provides various services related to lacrosse, including but not limited to:​

  • Payment processing for lacrosse sessions, clinics, and other related services.

  • Self-signup options for booking sessions, registering for events, and accessing user-specific content.

  • Blog postings

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Payments and Subscriptions

​

  • Payment Processing: All payments made through the Service are processed by third-party payment processors, including Wix Payments, PayPal, and Chase. By making a payment, you agree to their terms and conditions in addition to ours. We do not store your full credit card details.

  • Pricing: Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in USD.

  • Refunds and Cancellations:

    • For Sessions: Refunds for sessions are only acceptable if a session is cancelled at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled session time.

    • If a cancellation is made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled session, the payment for that session will be forfeited, and a refund will not be processed. This includes no-shows.

    • To request a cancellation and potential refund (if within the 48-hour window), please contact us at revitalized.lacrosse@gmail.com.

  • Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Service.

  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under non-disclosure agreements).

  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.

  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.

  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service.

  • Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Revitalized Lacrosse LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Revitalized Lacrosse LLC.

Any content you upload, post, or otherwise submit to the Service, such as forum posts, comments, or media, you grant Revitalized Lacrosse LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in connection with the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account or a service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
