My journey with lacrosse spans over a decade of coaching and years playing at the collegiate level. This extensive experience has given me a unique perspective on what it truly takes for athletes to excel, both on and off the field. I've had the privilege of coaching over 100 collegiate athletes, witnessing firsthand their transformative growth as they learned to balance the rigorous demands of high-level competition with academics and personal development—a masterclass in time management and dedication.

This profound understanding of how young men grow into well-rounded individuals through structured support inspired the very foundation of Revitalized Lacrosse. We recognized a critical need: not just to introduce new players to the dynamic sport of lacrosse, but equally important, to reignite and deepen the passion for existing players, drawing them away from digital distractions and back into active, outdoor engagement.
